Lauren is deeply passionate about movement, mental health, and inspiring young people to prioritize their well-being. She believes that how we move in our bodies impacts how we move through the world. With an extensive background in dance education, yoga, life coaching, and community building, Lauren brings a multifaceted approach to supporting students and educators through body-based learning. Creative, strategic, and full of innovative energy, she is excited to bring fresh ideas and impactful experiences to Move2Learn.
Known for her warmth and infectious energy, Lauren’s facilitation style and ability to hold space have led her to teach and curate experiences for multiple organizations across the DMV. Working with people of all ages, she encourages others to be bold, confident, and unapologetically take up space.
In her free time, you can find Lauren dancing, performing, or spending hours in a coffee shop journaling and attempting to finish one of the many books on her never-ending TBR list. She’s also a proud dog mom to a happy and energetic Australian Shepherd named Titan.
