Roll the dice, find your square, watch the video, and follow the movement. It’s a simple, and super fun way to get you moving!

  1. Tap the Roll Dice button to choose a letter from M – O – V – E – I – T, and a number from 1–6.
  2. Match the letter and number to find the movement box on the grid.

  3. Click the box and a short instructional video will play. Watch and follow along. Get everyone moving!
  4. Repeat the Affirmations out loud once you’re ready to get back to learning.
